This week’s menu includes the following items:

  • NEW seasonal item - Asparagus empanadas: prosciutto, gruyère, mozzarella

  • Beef empanadas: grass-fed, green olives, hard-boiled egg

  • Vegetarian empanada: spinach, ricotta, nutmeg

  • Chimichurri clásico and our fresh and spicy tomato based vinaigrette, salsa llajua (YAH-hwah).

We are still taking orders for Easter and can help with any questions during our pop-up this upcoming pop-up.

The Easter menu includes:

  • Ratatouille pies: dehydrated tomatoes, zucchini, eggplant

  • Chicken empanadas: bechamel sauce, soffritto, rosemary

  • NEW - Charcuterie & Cheese Platter: a combination of cured meats, cheese, nuts, mustards, fruit, cornichons, and bread. Small and Large sizes available.
