Handcrafted highly ornamented creations. Perfect for special occasions.

A true work of love, this 3-day project involves everything from butchering, making the pâté, the crust, assembling the pie, placing duck eggs in the middle, baking, and finally pouring aspic to seal the gap up top.

Two flavors available:

  • Pork and bacon, duck egg, Marsala wine aspic.

  • Pork, ham, and chicken; duck egg, fermented tomato water gelée.

Small serves 8-10 / Large serves 18-20.
