Our chicken empanadas are deliciously creamy and tender. We first braise the chicken, and then add pepper, onion, rosemary, and thyme. We allow the herbs to infuse the mix and finish the recipe with fresh lemon juice. No wonder it's out best selling flavor!
A few of our favorite pairings include:
- A side of greens with a sharp vinaigrette –perhaps some champagne vinegar and shallots.
- Roasted vegetables -there really isn't a wrong answer here. Anything from carrots, broccoli, and potatoes, to squash, zucchini, and eggplant are all wonderful options. You can top them with fresh herbs, seeds, or even do a yogurt based sauce. Options are countless and delicious.
- Brunch much? Serve with a potato and pepper hash. Don't forget the mimosas!
